London-based artist Tillla follows his impressive debut single “Alice In Wonderland” – a triumphant and unique introduction to an artist who is poised to take the new wave of forward-thinking UK artists – with new single “Adolescence”, another bold statement flaunting the young singer-producer’s star potential. The single is a delicate future-minded R&B masterpiece which bends around complex soulful melodies and avant-pop.

He describes “Adolescence” like opening an old letter written to yourself when you were young, in a time filled with questions. “Who will you become? What will you be like? What will you do? To try answering these questions as a youngster is pretty futile (unless you can time travel) but your curiosity and deep desire to grow up leads you to your imagination.” explains Tillla on his introspective new single. “Before you know it, time has dropped you off at a point which seemed so mysterious and far away, reality has been unveiled along with a massive suitcase of shit that no one told you about.”

Whilst his songwriting matches up to the very best of his contemporaries, no one can paint the sonic pictures he paints that set him apart as a world-class prospect. Stay tuned for more Tillla.
